BluePlanet™ AD-Activator
- BluePlanet™ AD-Activator is an advanced brewing system specifically designed to accelerate the biological oxidation process of slowly degrading organic matter. By using bacteria and nutrients in a controlled process, the system delivers bacteria and enzyme activity at optimal levels.
- In liquid manure applications, BluePlanet™ AD-Activator:
• rapid hydrolysis of solids to improve pump performance and handling
• prevents crust formation and improve homogeneity
• significantly reduces odours, especially sulphides
• binds nitrogen and sulphur and improve the fertiliser value
• reduces the need for additional nitrogen fertiliser - BluePlanet™ Activator Mix can also be applied a week or two after organic manure field application to maximise fertiliser value.

Application
BluePlanet™ ACF-Nutrient applications vary by the specific process being treated. In Domestic Septic Tanks, 1 Litre can be flushed down the toilet, along with 1 Litre of ACF-32, every other month. Commercial Septic Systems require weekly treatment and must be dosed based on size and flow.
For best results, apply BluePlanet™ ACF-32 to incoming debris as early as possible. BluePlanet™ ACF-32 can be applied to incoming waste at a typical 50:1 dilution. Apply 1 to 2 litres of solution per tonne of incoming waste.(NOTE: Avoid diluting in chlorinated tap water to prevent bacterial inhibition.)
In Situ Polluted Soil Projects will require direct application. Please consult your local Representative for technical assistance regarding specific usage rates for your situation.
Manufacturing
BluePlanet™ AD-Activator is formulated to be activated in the BluePlanet™ Brewing Station, rehydrating and stimulating enzyme production.
1 Unit: 450 grams (1 LB) per 200 Litres (50 Gals) of Water
Brewing Process: 48 to 72 Hours with aeration at approximately 27ºC / 75º to 80ºF
At the end of the brewing process, 1 Quart / 1 Litre of BluePlanet™ ACF-32 is added per 200 Litres (50 Gals) finished product.
